	Current: - Design Director - Manager -Teacher at Jewelsprings Design Centre, Surat - Handling Design and Product Development in Sphere Jewellery Manufacturing Company, Surat, a joint venture with Premal Sudhir Shah, her brother and a Graduate Jeweller from GIA-USA. - Offering customized design solutions to jewellery companies and individuals in India and abroad - Showcasing new design collections at trade shows and private exhibitions - Contributing to Design Column in Diamond World Magazine Past: - Freelance projects for companies both Indian and International (De Beers, Signity, Golay Buchel, Livingstones, Rave, Dimexon, B.Vijaykumar jewellers, Jaipur Jewels) - Visiting faculty at Indian Diamond Institute, Surat.

Design Style :-

	- Her designs tend to be simple and bold with a special attention to line and form. She plays a lot with curves - She also likes to fuse traditional Indian motifs with simple modern forms - Her designs make use of traditional techniques like Enamelling as well as modern technologies like CAD/CAM. - She likes to design collections on special themes, so that each piece has some interesting underlying concept or a story to tell. And that enables her jewelry to be something more than just a piece of ornament. - It has been Sonali's constant endeavor to come up with original ideas and concepts and thus, stretch the definition of jewelry beyond its traditional meanings.
